PRICING

Magpie Beauty sells products to both the general public and licensed professionals. We do not offer special pricing for licensed professionals. Magpie Beauty USA reserves the right to change prices without notice, explanation or notification. 

MISSING, LATE OR DAMAGED GOODS

Magpie Beauty USA offers Route Protection on every order to prevent issues with missing, late or damaged goods. If the customer opts out of Route Protection at checkout, he/she agrees that Magpie Beauty USA will not be held liable for the missing, late or damage package. 

CANCELLATIONS

We do not accept cancellation requests once your order has been shipped.

RETURN OF GOODS

Magpie Beauty USA can only accept returns under the following conditions

• Damaged goods (damaged during the shipping process)
• Incorrect goods (you were shipped the wrong items)
• Incorrectly described goods (goods clearly do not match the product description)

In all cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt of goods if you wish to return goods. Due to the nature of the products we supply we are unable to offer the right to cancel an order after receipt of goods, simply because the customer changes their mind.

In the case of returns, it is up to the customer to return the goods to Magpie Beauty at their own cost in no lesser condition than they were received by the customer. If the return meets the criteria stated above, the customer will be credited with the full value of their original order including delivery charges (or a proportion of the delivery charges if only part of an order is returned). The customer may choose to be shipped a replacement product or to have a refund. For items returned under warranty, a repair or replacement will be issued.

LIABILITY

The Magpie Beauty website is provided by us without any warranties or guarantees. You must bear the risks associated with the use of the Internet. If we are informed of any inaccuracies in the material we will try to correct them as soon as we can.

GENERAL

Magpie Glitter, Magpie Dust & Magpie Pigment are sold by weight, and not by a 'full jar'. Due to all products having different weight to volume, products may arrive looking at different levels in their jars. Magpie Beauty Limited/Magpie Beauty uSA cannot guarantee consistent color batches. Color batches may slightly vary.

Whilst we do our best to create products that do not change colour, we cannot guarantee this and Magpie products can be subject to colour change during the wear process.

PROFESSIONAL STATUS

Magpie Beauty USA has a strict policy with regards to retailing professional Magpie Beauty products to Professionals only. To gain access to the professional only products, please submit a picture of your current ACTIVE license via email to info@magpiebeautyusa.com  Please allow 24-48 hours to be notified of your upgraded status. Magpie Beauty USA reserves the right to refuse any sales failing validation. 

PRE ORDER ITEMS

Pre order wait will be listed in the product description. Once your order is placed, Magpie Beauty USA is unable to add any items, amend or cancel. If you have ordered other items on your order, they will be shipped in full once pre-orders are released.
